What should I do if my payment is not reflected?

If you just made payment, it may take a while to see the update in the app. If it's been more than 24 hours and the payment hasn't been updated in the app, contact us via the Help tab in the app with the following:

A picture of the payment receipt
The following information should be visible in the picture:
- Invoice ID
- Repayment amount
- Date and time of transaction
