Collectius 2 AG (Collectius) has authorized CJM Strategic Management Solutions, Inc. to represent and/or act on behalf of Collectius 2 AG in managing your repayment plan where they offer flexible repayment methods so that you can become debt free again. Your account will no longer be managed by PERA247, therefore for any enquiry regarding your account please direct to CJM Strategic Management Solutions, Inc.

pera247 is unable to process the current outstanding loans and have sold these loans to Collectius to ensure that our customers will be serviced properly. This is a common practice among lending companies and we have added this possibility in the section Right to Assign in your Consumer Loan Agreement which you have read, accepted and signed.
2. Is selling my account compliant with the Data Privacy Act?
Yes. In compliance with the NPC Data Privacy Act of 2012, only your loan-related personal data will be handled by Collectius. Rest assured that your personal loan information will be kept confidential by Collectius according to their strict Data Privacy standards and in adherence to the NPC standards as well. 3. How will I know my loan details?

4. I repaid part of my loan. Why is the loan amount not updated in the pera247 app?
Your updated loan details will be provided by Collectius upon registration. Your account will no longer be accessible in the pera247 app and you are required to contact Collectius directly regarding your loan.

5. Why can’t I click the repayment buttons in the pera247 app?
All payments should now be directly sent to Collectius. As a precaution to avoid sending your payment to any pera247 account, we have disabled the repayment function in your pera247 app. Please do not pay directly to pera247 bank account/s.

8. Can I re-loan after I have paid my balance with Collectius?
You are eligible to reloan after you have closed your loan with Collectius and once the pera247 app is available after the system update. Please note that your applications are subject to review and re-verification at the time of the application, which may lead to approval or disapproval depending on your personal and loan repayment track record at the time of application. Thus, we highly recommend that you close your loan as soon as possible.
